To establish a remote connection to your computer for service, click SHARE SCREEN. Run the program and provide our technician with your code.
Your safety and privacy is important to us. Please close any windows you dont want viewed.
The only time the technician will be able to access your computer is while it is running and you have provided the code. Your access code changes every time you start the program.
You are under full control and able to end the session at any time by closing the remote software.
