We will do the following:
* Optimize the items that load at start-up.
* Review and remove unwanted trial software.
* Installation of all critical Windows Updates.
* Installation, configuration, and update of anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
iPod Setup/Training
We will spend a period of up to thirty minutes training client on how to use the MP3 device and associated software to obtain, organize, transfer, and consume music and other media.
Social Media Setup
We will assist with account creation, train on the basics of usage and answer any related questions for a time period of up to thirty minutes.
Cell Phone Email Setup
We will access mobile device and properly configure e-mail service to send and receive e-mail.

Onsite fees vary upon travel location prices will range between $25 to $50 dollars. This fee will not include the repair of your computer or networking issue.
